Deputies believe Joshua Thomas Young is responsible for a series of burglaries over a four week time span at the club located on the 200 block of West Gainsborough Drive.
After being notified of the burglaries, Thousand Oaks Police Bike Patrol personnel began conducting surveillance at the location.
At about 12 a.m. Thursday, Young was seen forcing his way into the Boys & Girls Club. As officers attempted to arrest him, Young fled on foot but was caught shortly.
He was arrested on four counts of commercial burglary and booked at the East County Jail. His bail was set at $10,000.
