Last week, he pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house and was sentenced to 45 days in county jail and three years of probation, was ordered to stay away from the singer.
He was released early on Friday and returned to Gomez's home that afternoon, where he was arrested again after jumping a fence, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office said in a statement obtained by OTRC.com on Monday.
He was then charged with one felony count of stalking and one misdemeanor count of violation of a criminal protective order, prosecutors said. Bail was set at $150,000. If he convicted of both counts, he could be give a maximum sentence of four years in jail.
