Amy Poehler and Tina Fey may once again appear on the big screen together.
Poehler is reportedly in final negotiations to co-star with Fey in a film called "The Nest," according to The Hollywood Reporter. The two actresses will play sisters in the film, which was written by "Saturday Night Live" writer Paula Pell. "Pitch Perfect" director Jason Moore will direct.
The movie will tell the story of two adult sisters who have one last massive party at their parents' house before it is put up for sale. Fey and Poehler will executive produce the movie alongside Jay Roach.
Fey and Poehler have appeared in several films together including "Mean Girls," which Fey wrote and starred in and "Baby Mama." The two comedians had a cameo together in "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues."
Fey and Poehler also starred on "Saturday Night Live" together from 2001 (when Poehler joined the cast) until Fey's departure in 2006. The two co-anchored the shows "Weekend Update" segment from 2004 to 2006.
The comedians have also hosted the Golden Globe awards together in 2013 and 2014. They will host the show again in 2015.
