OTRC: MTV Movie Awards 2014 - full list of winners

The winners of the 2014 MTV Movie Awards, hosted by Conan O'Brien, were announced on Sunday, April 13, during a ceremony that included a few surprising moments including a shirtless Zac Efron and a heart-felt speech by Channing Tatum.

The big win of the night for Movie of the Year went to "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire." The film's stars Josh Hutcherson, who plays Peeta Mellark, and Sam Claflin, who plays Finnick Odair, accepted the award and Hutcherson took the time to remember his late co-star Philip Seymour Hoffman.

"I know that if Philip were here, he would really think this was really cool and to have him in our movies was one of the coolest things in the world," Hutcherson said. "It's one of the actors I've looked up to my entire life and we think about him every day on set. So, wherever he is, this definitely goes out to him as well."

"Fast & Furious" franchise star Jordana Brewster presented a touching tribute to her late co-star Paul Walker. Vin Diesel appeared in a tribute video featuring clips of Walker's roles over the course of his career and his acceptance speech from a previous award show.

"I was lucky enough to work with him over the last 15 years and witnessed the generosity of his heart every day I was with him," Brewster said. "He was humble. He thought about others. Whether you knew Paul for five minutes or a close friend, he made you feel like the most important person in the world."

The show kicked off with a big win by Jared Leto, who took home the Best On-Screen Transformation award -- which was presented by Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o -- for his Oscar-winning role in "Dallas Buyers Club."

Leto in turn presented Best Villain, which went to Mila Kunis for her performance in "Oz the Great and Powerful."

"You just made my 12-year-old self dream come true," Kunis said while accepting the award. "And I just realized I'm the only woman nominated and I won."
