The incident occurred near the Bellflower Boulevard off-ramp around 2:30 a.m.
The man was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
"It was a solo traffic collision, the vehicle rolled over and the man, about 30 years old, was fully ejected," CHP Officer Tony Polizzi said.
Two eastbound lanes of the 105 Freeway were closed, as the CHP investigated the fatal crash.
