Peaches Geldof died of an overdose of heroin, the same drug that killed her mother, a report says.
The 25-year-old British model, TV personality, married mother of two and daughter of musician Bob Geldof was found dead on April 7 in her home, in the presence of her 11-month old son, Phaedra. At the time, police described her death as "unexplained and sudden."
On Wednesday, April 30, The Times of London, one of the UK's largest daily newspapers, reported that Peaches died of a heroin overdose. A short hearing is set to be held on Thursday, during which authorities are expected to release more details about her death and results from toxicology tests, according to the UK newspaper The Independent.
Her mother, Paula Yates, had died of a heroin overdose in 2000 at age 41, while Peaches' half sister Tiger Lily was at home. Peaches' final tweet contains a link to an Instagram photo that shows her as a child, with her mother, and the caption: "Me and my mum." She also shared two pictures of her children.
