Lancaster man arrested for shooting murder of ATC rider

A man was arrested Wednesday for the murder of a man riding an all-terrain cycle in Lancaster in February.

Steve Finson, 47, was found dead at about 9 a.m. on February 24 on the 13300 block of East Avenue H. He was shot while riding an ATC.

L.A. County Sheriff's personnel served two search warrants early Wednesday morning in unincorporated Lancaster and arrested Arturo Lopez, 38. He was booked on a murder charge and held without bail. Lopez was scheduled to appear in court Friday.

A Finson family member told Eyewitness News that Lopez is "a stranger. No one in our family knows him."
