Was it a 2-for-1 special at Adam Levine's colorist's salon?
The naturally dark-haired veteran coach of "The Voice," Maroon Five singer and People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" of 2013 debuted newly-dyed platinum blonde hair in a selfie photo posted on his Twitter page on Saturday. Also pictured, his fiancee, Behati Prinsloo, who has also undergone her own hair transformation -- the Victoria's Secret model, who sported honey blonde locks as recently as the end of April, is now a brunette.
"Apocalypse prep course complete," he said.
"I hope people understand that when they say my hair looks creepy i take that as the highest compliment," he added on Sunday.
The photo was posted days after fellow platinum blonde singer Gwen Stefani was officially named a new coach of "The Voice," replacing Christina Aguilera, who is on her second hiatus from the series. She joins new cast member Pharrell Williams, who is taking over Cee Lo Green's spot, and Levine and fellow veteran coach Blake Shelton, who are also returning for season 7, OTRC.com has confirmed.
