Britney Spears is reportedly facing a lawsuit by a dancer who claims the singer broke her nose while rehearsing for the "Work B----" music video.

Dawn Noel is suing the singer for battery and negligence, according to E! News. Noel claims in the suit that Spears arrived to the video shoot on August 2013 in a "disheveled and confused state" and that the singer had trouble performing the dance moves and following directions.

The dancer adds that after rehearsing for a half hour, Spears allegedly twirled with her arms extended out and backhanded Noel in the face. There was allegedly a cracking sound that could be heard by other dancers in the room.

Noel later saw a doctor and Spears' staff, as well as the Reign Deer Entertainment Company, allegedly promised her that her medical bills would be paid, E! News reports.

According to the suit, Noel was later told her medical bills would not be paid. She wants a jury trial and is also suing for physical and emotional damages.
