Oops ... Not even Angelina Jolie can look flawless on the red carpet all the time -- the actress appeared to have suffered a makeup malfunction at the recent premiere of the HBO film "The Normal Heart" in New York.
The 38-year-old, who attended the event with partner Brad Pitt, sported on parts of her face and chest what appears to be translucent powder, which is used to mask shine but could be made visible by flash photography. Jolie was photographed this way several times throughout Monday evening -- as the couple arrived at the premiere, at the event itself and as they exited. She has not commented about her look.
At the premiere, the actress, seemingly unaware of the mishap, turned heads in a black, strapless, knee-length Saint Laurent dress paired with black Mary Janes.

The movie is based on a semi-autobiographical, Tony-winning play by Larry Kramer and is about the rise of the HIV and AIDS crisis in New York City in the early 1980s. Pitt is one of the film's producers.
