The Biebs could be facing more legal problems -- Los Angeles police are investigating him on suspicion of attempted robbery ... of a photo deleted from a woman's cell phone.
Justin Bieber, 20, has not been arrested and his spokesperson has declined comment, according to ABC News.
A woman had reported the incident to police on Tuesday, saying it took place at Sherman Oaks Castle Park, which contains a mini-golf course, batting cages and an arcade, on Monday, May 12, around 10:30 p.m.
"He was having fun with his friends, playing miniature golf, and she [the victim] took a picture," a source told ABC News. "He asked her to delete it. The photo was deleted, so that's the robbery. The deleted photo is the robbery."
Authorities said the woman told police the pop star grabbed the phone because he thought she was taking pictures of him but did not keep the device, according to Los Angeles Times.
Bieber posted an Instagram video of a person hitting a short putt on a mini-golf course.
"I'm the best mini-putter in the whole word," he is heard saying (watch video below).
The news comes following months of legal issues for Bieber. In January, he was arrested in Florida on suspicion of driving under the influence after being stopped for allegedly street-racing and was also charged with assault in his native Canada following an alleged incident with a limo driver. In February, police investigated Bieber for felony vandalism after his neighbor accused him of egging his home in Calabasas, near Los Angeles. The singer has denied any wrongdoing in all cases.
