Congrats to Kendra Wilkinson and husband Hank Baskett -- they have welcomed their second child, a baby girl.

The 28-year-old reality star gave birth to a daughter at a Los Angeles hospital on Friday, May 16, her spokesperson told OTRC.com, following a report by People magazine, which added that she had a cesarean section. She and Baskett, 31, are also parents to a 4-year-old son, Hank IV.

Half a day earlier, Wilkinson tweeted: "This is it guys. It's time. Love you all n tweet to ya again when I can. Xoxoxo."

Wilkinson had showcased her baby bump at several public appearances up until last month. She revealed her pregnancy in late October, saying on NBC's "Today" show that she and Baskett, 31, had waited until they had finished filming the latest season of her WE TV series "Kendra On Top" before trying to have another baby. Season 3 is scheduled to debut this fall. In December, Wilkinson announced she was having a girl.

Wilkinson and Baskett, a former NFL player, wed in 2009 at the Playboy Mansion. She lived there when she was one of three of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's live-in girlfriends and rose to fame as a reality star with their E! series, "The Girls Next Door." She later starred in a spinoff, "Kendra."
