Oh no! "Dancing With The Stars" pro Mark Ballas, Candace Cameron Bure's partner, is injured -- and right before the season 18 finale.
The dance pro injured his shoulder seriously during a rehearsal with the "Full House" alum and was hospitalized on Sunday and released later that night, a show spokesperson told OTRC.com. The rep added that it's still not clear if he will perform on Monday night's show, the last before the finale, which takes place on Tuesday.
After he left the hospital, Ballas returned to the "Dancing With The Stars" set with his arm in a sling, according to ABC News.
Pro dancer Derek Hough, whose partner is Amy Purdy, told ABC News: "I'm not sure exactly what happened but I think it kind of came out and went back in. What makes me nervous a little bit is that he's had a serious shoulder surgery before, on the other shoulder."
Bure added on Twitter that evening that she too was hurt during their rehearsal, "but not as bad as mark."
"I can grin and bare it (sic)," she added.
She and Ballas are one of four couples left in the competition (read a RECAP of last week's show) and had late last week talked to OTRC.com at one of their rehearsals about their upcoming freestyle dance (watch video, above).
If Ballas is unable to perform on Monday night's show, ahead of Tuesday's finale, Bure is expected to be paired up with another pro dancer. In April, she danced with Tony Dovolani during a show that saw the celebrity contestants perform with different pro dancers.
