That's it. Rob Kardashian has had enough of the online fat-shaming.
The 27-year-old reality star had shed a substantial amount of weight when he competed on "Dancing With The Stars" in late 2011 but has since then gained it back. On Twitter, users have been mocking him over his look, as seen in paparazzi photos, including recent ones posted over the weekend that show him at Los Angeles International Airport. On Tuesday, May 20, he took to Twitter to rant against the critics, while his sister Khloe Kardashian slammed them as well.
"So i found out i was trending for being fat... thank you all it really made my day :)" he said.
Rob, who had also recently deleted almost all his tweets up until Tuesday, also denied an unconfirmed report that said his mother, Kris Jenner, had told him to go to fat camp.
"And to the blogs saying i went to fat camp or rehab LOL then why am i still fat u fools?? y'all must have run out of real news," he added. "First, i don't believe in rehab or therapy or anything of that sort and second I'm a grown man and will work on myself when i choose," he added. "I'm aware that I'm fat that def aint a surprise to me lol and my only therapy will be in the gym ... anyways had to say somethingggggggggg."
Khloe Kardashian: I love you Rob Kardashian
His 29-year-old sister Khloe, who has struggled with weight issues herself and revealed in December she had lost 30 pounds, also took to Twitter, to defend her brother.
"I love you @robkardashian," she said, adding: "Some of you people are disgusting for calling others names and picking on them. You should be ashamed of your self. Your words are cutting deeper then you know and are possible leaving lifetime scars! What shallow souls some of you are. Its sickening to critique anyone off of their appearance. Grow up!"
