Cue the obvious pun here and mazal tov to "Happy Endings" star Casey Wilson and creator David Caspe! The 33-year-old actress and the 35-year-old executive producer wed on Sunday, May 25. Her friend, actress and comedienne Whitney Cummings, posted photo of the happy bride and groom on her Twitter and Instagram pages that night (see below).
"Baby girl @caseyrosewilson is off tinder folks," she wrote, referring to a popular photo-based dating app she often makes jokes about.
Cumming's photo shows the two walking together back up the aisle at what appears to be a traditional Jewish wedding, with a chuppah, or canopy, in the back. The groom is wearing a white kippa on his head, matching several males guests, and is raising his fist in the air while walking with his bride. Wilson sports a huge smile on her face and is dressed in a gorgeous, lace ball gown with sheer, embroidered long sleeves an a two-part veil covering her updo.
The wedding took place at the Ojai Valley Inn in California, according to People magazine. The couple got engaged in September 2013.
"'Nothing like a beautiful wedding to make you nostalgic for the things in your past that never happened," Cummings joked.
"Happy Endings" ended in 2012 after three seasons. Caspe and Wilson are also collaborating on another project together -- she is the star of a new NBC comedy in which he serves as an executive producer. Its name? "Marry Me."
