Goodwill Pop-Up BOO-tique offers low-priced Halloween costumes

GLASSELL PARK, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Shopping for brand-new Halloween costumes can really blow your budget. But a new pop-up Halloween store can help you save money.

At the Goodwill Pop-Up Boo-tique at Fletcher Square near Glassell Park, and at some 80 Goodwill stores across the Southland, thousands of unique one-of-a-kind costumes at not-so-scary prices are on sale.
