LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have finally tied the knot, according to their spokesperson.

The Hollywood power couple was married Saturday at a small chapel in Chateau Miraval, France.

The spokesperson says the couple's six children took part in the wedding. Maddox and Pax walked Jolie down the aisle while Zahara and Vivienne threw petals at the private ceremony. Shiloh and Knox served as ring bearers.

Jolie and Pitt have been dating since at least 2005, although there were rumors that they were together before then.

Pitt wed actress Jennifer Aniston in 2000. Aniston filed for divorce in March 2005, citing irreconcilable differences. In 2004, Pitt filmed the movie "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" with Jolie.

Pitt filed papers in December 2005 to adopt Jolie's adopted children, Maddox and Zahara. The couple welcomed their first biological child, daughter Shiloh, in 2006. They adopted another son, Pax, a year later and Jolie gave birth to their twins, Knox and Vivienne, in 2008.

Jolie married Jonny Lee Miller, her co-star in the 1995 film "Hackers," in 1996. The two divorced in 1999. Jolie and her second husband, actor Billy Bob Thornton, were married between 2000 and 2003.
