'Black-ish' actors talk comedic family on hit show
Actors Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross talk about the great cast and comedic moments the family has on the TV show 'black-ish.'

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The hottest new comedy on television, "Black-ish," returned Wednesday with an all new episode.

Jennifer Lewis returned to the family fold in the episode. She plays Anthony Anderson's mom and ex-wife to Laurence Fishburne.

"We can't get rid of her. Fortunately for us," Anderson said, joking.

"We will see Pops and Ruby together for the first time, so watch out is all I can say," Tracee Ellis Ross said.

Lewis said the episode was going to historic and that she loved working with Fishburne.

But Lewis and Fishburne aren't the only comedic pair to steal the scene. The young actors who play the children of Anderson and Ross are just as funny.

"I always tell people the kids do the heavy lifting. Tracee and I are just there to pick up what's left behind. We were able to assemble a great cast from top to bottom," Anderson said.

"Black-ish" appears Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m. on ABC.
