LOS ANGELES -- Tori Spelling is lighting up a legal battle with Benihana restaurants for a dinner experience she says left her badly burned.

The 42-year-old "90210" alum filed a lawsuit against the Japanese hibachi chain after she slipped and fell on one of their grills this Easter, burning the back of her right arm.

According to court documents, Spelling "sustained deep second- and third-degree burn injuries requiring hospitalization and surgery," and she's now claiming she suffered "general damage" and wage loss along with hospital expenses.

The mother of four's injuries were so severe she reportedly had get skin grafts to replace the damaged skin. In photos, you can see burn marks on her arm and the wound covered with bandages and sleeves.

The restaurants are famously known for the close proximity of open flamed-grills to diners.

Neither Benihana nor Spelling would comment on the pending suit. She is seeking more than $25,000 in damages.
