"Anybody and everybody is here. Every person you've ever wanted to meet, every person you've ever admired, every person ... you wanted to sleep with is here," said Patricia Clarkson.

"A good party for me is getting to run into people I've always admired and haven't met yet, and old friends who I don't get a chance to see because we're all so busy. And the Oscars is one of the few nights where we can all do that," said Rob Lowe.

Elton John's Oscar party is an annual fundraiser held on Oscar night to raise money to beat AIDS. Proceeds benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
