20th Annual 'Hope for Firefighters' fundraising event held Thursday

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The 20th Annual "Hope for Firefighters" fundraising event was hosted on Thursday in Downtown Los Angeles.

The event raised money for family members of firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty, and for disabled firefighters.

It's called the largest firefighter's appreciation event in the U.S.

The event featured live music, food prepares by local fire stations, and safety demonstrators.
