Irvine man helps deliver his 2nd child with help from OCFA

IRVINE, Calif. (KABC) -- An Irvine man helped deliver his second child, with some help from an Orange County Fire Authority dispatcher.

His wife wasn't due for another two weeks, but the baby was ready to come out now.
