Flames erupt at commercial building in Santa Fe Springs

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. (KABC) -- Firefighters battled a large commercial building fire in Santa Fe Springs Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities reported it around 4:35 p.m. in the 9600 block of John Street. The road was closed up to Los Nietos Road.

The fire was reported as a second-alarm blaze. No injuries were reported.

Los Angeles County firefighters were assisting to contain the blaze.

The cause of the fire was unknown.
