Foodie Call: Scarlett Smorynski is LA's newest celebrity chef

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- After winning the Rachael Ray Kids Cook Off, an 11-year-old chef is now helping out at three Los Angeles restaurants.

Scarlett Smorynski is a rock star in the kitchen and she's serving up her savory dishes to customers in SoCal spots like Vintage Enoteca, Redbird and Hutchinson.
