Starbucks is raising prices on drinks by 5 to 20 cents beginning next week. The price for packaged Starbucks coffee sold in supermarkets will go up $1 in July.

Grande and Venti cups of brewed coffee will go up between 10 to 15 cents in most U.S. markets, the company said Friday. The prices will vary by region.

Packaged coffee sold in Starbucks cafes will not be affected.

Tall brewed coffees and Frappuccinos will not see higher prices in most places, Starbucks said. Prices for those drinks increased last year.

In March, CEO Howard Schultz said during an interview with Fox Business that Starbucks had no intentions of raising its prices.

Starbucks noted that it cut prices in April of last year.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
