Beyond diet and DNA, fitness pros offer a scientific way to tighten up the tush.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- Whether you call it booty, tush, derriere or the anatomical version, gluteus maximus, there are many who want to make theirs look a whole lot better.

While DNA and diet are two very important aspects in reshaping the backside, specific workouts are going to up that ante too.

At the West Hollywood Equinox, Natalie Yco and Amy Dixon revealed the science behind their workout entitled, "Best Butt Ever."

These experts suggest various exercises for the glutes, along with those that target the waist and core to make sure all these muscles fire correctly.
