WASHINGTON -- FLOTUS like a butterfly. Sting like a bee.

Earlier this month, President Barack Obama created a video as part of the #GimmeFive challenge asking people to show off their five favorite ways to stay active and healthy. He passed the challenge to first lady Michelle Obama, who rose to the occasion. She created the hardcore video above to show her favorite ways to work out.

Between jumping rope, lifting weights and boxing, we now know where those famous FLOTUS arms come from.

The president, on the other hand, didn't even a sweat as he ran around the White House in a suit and tie and then drank a glass of water.

The first lady's video received thousands more retweets in just a few hours than the president's video received in five days.

The challenge was started by the first lady's "Let's Move!" program. Commemorating the fifth anniversary of the program, the #GimmeFive challenge is an effort to "encourage Americans across the country to give out high-fives when they see someone making healthy choices," and to list five things they are doing "to eat better, be more active, and lead a healthier life," according to the "Let's Move!" website.
