SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (KABC) -- Another family of a victim of the San Bernardino terror attack is suing San Bernardino County, alleging it failed to prevent the massacre.

The family of Sierra Clayborn is the second to file negligence claims, seeking millions of dollars in damages.

Last week, the family of Michael Wetzel filed claims.

A total of 14 people were killed on Dec. 2 when Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, opened fire on county employees.

Both terror suspects were later killed in a shootout with police.
