12-year-old girl wounded in South Los Angeles shooting

SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A 12-year-old girl was shot Saturday night in South Los Angeles - an apparent unintended target of a gang-related shooting.

The shooting happened just after 10 p.m. in the 1500 block of 92nd Street, Los Angeles police said.

The girl was transported to a local hospital in stable condition with injuries that are not considered life-threatening..

Police believe the shooting was gang-related but she was not the intended target.

They are searching for two male suspects last seen in a burgundy four-door Charger.
