BIG BEAR, Calif. (KABC) -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.9 struck three miles north northwest of Big Bear in San Bernardino County early Tuesday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The quake, which had a depth of 1.2 miles, hit at 1:24 a.m.

Eyewitness News viewers reported feeling the temblor in Big Bear Lake, Victorville, Riverside and Hesperia. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
