More than 60 million Americans suffer from allergies, according to the American Academy of Allergy. The website pollen.com tracks pollen counts nationwide.

On the first day of spring, it showed the southern half of the U.S. was getting hit the hardest with pollen in areas such as New Orleans, Las Vegas and Phoenix.
