HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (KABC) --There was still no sign of a missing 81-year-old Huntington Beach woman on Tuesday.
Willie Jim Norman was last contacted by her family at her home in Huntington Beach about 10 a.m. on Aug. 9, according to Huntington Beach police.
Police say Norman, who suffers from dementia and high blood pressure, failed to show up for her daily noon workout at a 24-hour Fitness Center.
Her 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee was found abandoned on an isolated U.S. Forest Service road in Lytle Creek on Sunday, about 70 miles away from her home.
There has been no cellphone or debit card use by Norman since she disappeared, according to police.
Norman is black, about 5 feet tall and weighs about 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
