LOS ANGELES (KABC) --The Los Angeles International Airport was swarmed with travelers crowding the airport and roadways nearby over the Labor Day Weekend.
Airport officials said they expected a record 817,000 travelers to pass through the airport over the holiday weekend, with Friday and Monday being the busiest.
The holiday congestion led to a gridlock outside the airport as travelers rushed to get to and from their flights.
