2 earthquakes shake Baja California

BAJA CALIFORNIA, Mexico (KABC) -- Two earthquakes struck Baja California, Mexico, within hours of each other, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The first quake, which registered at magnitude-4.7, hit 45 miles southeast of San Felipe at 11:50 p.m. Sunday. The second one, a 4.9 quake, struck 6.2 miles southeast of San Felipe at 5:23 a.m. Monday.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
