2 victims shot in Signal Hill; suspect sought

SIGNAL HILL, Calif. (KABC) -- Police are searching for a suspect accused of shooting two people in Signal Hill early Saturday.

The Long Beach and Signal Hill police officers responded to the 1100 block of Wardlow Road around 1:30 a.m., where two people were found with gunshot wounds, according to authorities.

Authorities said a gunman shot the victims during an altercation.

Both people were transported to a hospital and were expected to survive, Signal Hill police said.

No suspect description was available.
