Preliminary magnitude 3.4 earthquake hits near Running Springs

RUNNING SPRINGS, Calif. (KABC) -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude 3.4 has struck near Running Springs, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The temblor hit 6.2 miles north-northeast of Running Springs and 8.1 miles east-northeast of Lake Arrowhead at 4:11 a.m. Monday.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
