LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- Orange County authorities are searching for a gang of thieves who broke into a business and made off with more than $100,000 in sunglasses.

The thieves broke into Blink Optometry in Laguna Hills around 4 a.m. Monday. Surveillance video captured the men breaking in through the front door, swarming the businesses and grabbing prescription sunglasses from display cases.

Most of the suspects wore black hoodies and masks to conceal their identities. It was estimated that the group of burglars were in the business for less than three minutes.

Orange County sheriff's deputies were alerted to the burglary by an alarm, but by the time they arrived the suspects had fled.

They said they were looking for at least 12 suspects who fled in three vehicles.
