Free museum day: 52 SoCal museums to be free on Sept. 17

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Mark your calendars - free museum day is back! More than 50 museums in Southern California will open their doors at no cost on Sept. 17.

Visitors will be able to take in art, cultural heritage, natural history and science at 52 museums free of charge.

This year's free museum day is in celebration of Pacific Standard Time's latest art initiative, Celebrating Latin American Art.
