Force Friday II: Fans stock up on new 'Star Wars' merchandise ahead of 'Last Jedi's' release

"Star Wars" fans around the world were marking Force Friday II on Sept. 1 as anticipation continued to build for the new movie "The Last Jedi."

The latest installment in the storied franchise is scheduled to be released Dec. 15.

Before midnight Thursday, thousands of fans lined up outside a Disney Store in Anaheim for the chance to buy newly released merchandise associated with the film.
