3 gang members violate parole, arrested in Oxnard

OXNARD, Calif. (KABC) -- Oxnard police arrested three men accused of violating their parole during a probation search of a documented gang member.

Officers conducted a search of 28-year-old Jaime Duenes' home at about 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 3000 block of South L Street. During the search, officers contacted Justin Villa, 27, and Jesus Melendez, 29, who are also gang members on parole, police said.

Duenes and Melendez were arrested for violation their probation. Villa was already wanted on a felony warrant for violation of parole.

A pre-school was briefly locked down during arrests.
