Visit a breathtaking Chinese Buddhist temple in Hacienda Heights, or spend an entire day experiencing the services, the shopping and the restaurants of Artesia's Little India!

Hsi Lai Temple
We found a gorgeous place to start our trip around the world in Hacienda Heights, at the Hsi Lai Temple where the focus is on bridging the East and West, and Buddha's teachings of kindness, compassion, joyfulness, and equanimity, and where all are welcome.

Germany, the British Isles and Karina Smirnoff
A European vacation was never so easy! Our global tour of L.A. takes us to Germany, with stops along the way in England, and Ireland!

Old World Village - German
Perfect for Oktoberfest or any time of the year, enjoy some Bavarian traditions in Huntington Beach at Old World Village from apple streudel to bratwurst.

Lucky Baldwin's - English
A hidden gem with an English accent tucked away off the main drag in Pasadena, Lucky Baldwin's Pub is a traditional British bar with 65 brews on tap.

The Wilde Thistle Celtic Caf - Irish
Continuing our European pub crawl, let's head over to Culver City to The Wilde Thistle, made famous by Irish writer and poet Oscar Wilde. Dont forget to have some meat pie!

Karina Smirnoff Dance Studio
"Dancing With The Stars" pro Karina Smirnoff, who came from Ukraine, couldn't afford dance shoes when she was very young, but she's come a long way. She showed us one of her favorite places in L.A. - her dance studio where you can take lessons. Plus she let us in on her big indulgence!

Little Italy and New Orleans in Chinatown, and a Cuban Classic
Our world tour of L.A. wraps up with a trip Downtown to visit the last remaining Italian establishment from L.A.'s original Little Italy. We pop in for some Creole fare, and we're transported to Havana, Cuba, for some of the best salsa dancing in Los Angeles!

Eastside Market Italian Deli
A landmark in Downtown L.A., The Eastside Market Italian Deli has been in Chinatown since 1929. But it was Little Italy back then! Line up for a great sandwich, like their famous #7 - roast beef and pastrami with peppers, cheese and onions.

Little Jewel of New Orleans
You can find a piece of France in Chinatown too, with housemade tasso and po'boys made like they came straight from New Orleans. All because owners Marcus Christiana-Beniger and Eunah Kang wanted good southern fare in L.A. Bon apetit!

El Floridita Cuban Restaurant
Modeled after the original El Floridita in Havana, this spot in Hollywood is famous for the salsa dancing and live music.
