Broken water main damages Norco home twice in 8 months

NORCO, Calif. (KABC) -- One homeowner is outraged after a water main broke for a second time in less than year, sending water gushing into her Norco home.

Just eight months ago, the same pipe broke just 9-inches from where the latest pipe damages occurred.

Fortunately, Yvette Nolte's home had yet to be repaired from the first disaster. But this time, her home wasn't the only one damaged by the powerful geyser.
