Burglar makes off with stolen loot stuffed in sombrero

FOLSOM, Calif. (KABC) -- A burglary suspect in Northern California was caught on camera getting away with some stolen loot stuffed inside a sombrero.

Police released surveillance photos which show the suspect carrying a sombrero stuffed with what investigators say are stolen items from a Folsom neighborhood a few nights ago.

The neighbor, who posted the photos to Facebook, says the burglar had a buddy working with him on the other side of the street.

Police are urging people to make sure to lock their cars and garage doors to make their neighborhood less attractive to thieves.
