NEW YORK -- There was a package in his underpants, according to U.S. Customs agents.

Romario Lewis is facing federal drug smuggling charges after customs agents at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York found a pound of cocaine in his underwear.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers say the Jamaican citizen arrived on a flight from Kingston and looked nervous. Upon inspection, authorities found two packets of cocaine tucked inside Lewis' underwear.

The cocaine has an estimated street value of $19,000. Lewis was arrested and turned over to Homeland Security.
