BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. and LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The FBI is searching for two suspects in separate bank robberies held Friday in Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles.

The first robbery occurred Friday morning at Citibank in the 8400 block of Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills. The suspect passed a note threatening an explosive device and demanded cash.

Authorities described him as a large man who is very pale and wearing a New England Patriots ball cap and surgical mask, witnesses said. He was about 6 feet tall, 230 pounds and 55 years old.

The second robbery happened 6 miles away at One West Bank at 12400 block of Wilshire Boulevard. That man pointed a handgun at several victims.

He was described as about 45 years old, 6 feet tall, between 180 and 190 pounds with pock-marked cheeks.
