LAKEWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- An angry mother drove up to the drive-thru window of a Starbucks in Lakewood and confronted a barista who allegedly stole her credit card and spent $200 at a grocery store.

Juana Martinez's brother recorded the heated confrontation between his sister and the barista.

In the video, she tells the cashier, "So we got you on camera yesterday at Ralph's for $212, so just know that the cops are coming up here."

Martinez, 25, said she bought a drink at the same Starbucks location on New Year's Day. That's when the barista allegedly said she was going to get receipt paper and copied down Martinez's credit card information.

The barista looks stunned after being confronted by Martinez and immediately apologizes.

"I'm sorry that I took money from you and your kids," she says. "I'm sorry that you had to come up here. I'm sorry that this is inconvenient for you."

Starbucks calls the situation "completely unacceptable" and says the unidentified employee no longer works for the company.
