Lockdowns lifted at multiple Pomona schools after chase suspect search concludes

POMONA, Calif. (KABC) -- Police apprehended two suspects who fled at the end of a short chase in Pomona Tuesday afternoon, which resulted in multiple school shutdowns.

The suspects were detained after a two-hour long search at th 2100 block of Kellogg Park Drive.

Police said they had a perimeter set up near Fairplex and Arroyo drives.

Ganesha High School, Marshall Junior High School and Arroyo Elementary school were all on precautionary lockdown until about 3:30 p.m.
