Long Beach residents voice concerns over recent power outages

LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- Long Beach residents vented their frustrations Saturday over recent power outages that left thousands of people in the dark for days.

In a little more than a month, two major power outages hit downtown Long Beach. On Saturday, state and local representatives held a town hall meeting to respond to growing community concerns.
