VENTURA, Calif. (KABC) -- Toxicology results from an Arcadia firefighter Michael Herdman, who went missing and was later found dead in the Los Padres National Forest, were released Friday.

According to the report, Herdman had Ecstasy and alcohol in his system at the time of his death.

Herdman, 36, went missing in June while camping with a friend. Herdman left the campsite to chase after his dog and never returned.

Search crews found his body two weeks later. Herdman died from blunt force injuries from a fall.
