SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- A Santa Ana man was arrested and charged indecent exposure and child annoyance, and police are seeking other possible victims.

Carlos Sanchez Hernandez, 42, was arrested Wednesday and charged with masturbating inside a parked van between two schools in Santa Ana in March and in June.

Hernandez is alleged to have driven a white van near Godinez Fundamental High School and Carr Intermediate School on St. Andrew Street near King Street. He is accused of masturbating while staring at and making eye contact with two high-school-age female students. The students then reported the incident to the Santa Ana Police Department.

The incidents occurred between 7:15-7:30 a.m. on March 3 and June 4.

Hernandez is charged with two misdemeanor counts each of indecent exposure and child annoyance. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of two years in jail and mandatory lifetime sex-offender registration.

Hernandez was held on $50,000 bail.
